Established in 1921 in Paris, France, CIGRE is a global community committed to the collaborative development and sharing of power system expertise.
CIGRE wanted to expand membership in North America through thought leadership and content marketing. TerraCurrent CMO Matthew Hirsch collaborated with utility industry executives from Dominion Virginia Power, Exelon, National Grid, ABB, GE, Quanta Technology and PingThings, among others, to produce a series of five white papers on next-generation energy engineering.
As a result, CIGRE’s efforts in industry collaboration and content marketing successfully increased CIGRE’s organizational membership in North America.
